Oh you wanna see the one of me lying on the bearskin rug...sorry I promised I would show anyone...

Yeah that one. Dont be shy. Were all just a bunch of little bunny rabbits on this board. Harmless. Poster-up!

And i think its great that you learned to snowboard. Never tried it myself. Probably b/c i have bad knees. Is it harsh on your knees?

normal riding no,i find it works my leg muscles but not joints aslong as your stance is set up right, but once you move into jumps your knees will ache

I used every muscle from my ears down! It's hard on the knees if you fall on them, I hit a chunk of ice that left a baseball sized bruise on my right knee! Once you get your balance and stop falling as much it's not so bad on your knees.

did you ride your entire first day on one edge? thats what i did the first time i went out,i looked like an idiot.

now i am an idiot and ride out of bounds- never do that

Yeah I rode the back edge the 1st day and learned how to stop when I wasn't on the ground being severely frustrated. The 2nd day my boyfriend taught me how to ride the front and slow myself down without crashing. We had a friend with us who also had never rode before--he would just tuck and get going about 25 miles and hour then bail.He was funny to watch, but ya had to get the hell outta the way when he was around.

Do you mean the half pipe? ( Sorry don't know th lingo yet..) Probably never...too scary for me. I like the double green slopes so far, gave it a try on a blue...that's good enough for my first 2 days. I wanna go again on Tuesday. I need to buy myself a board. I can't believe in all the years I lived in the snow I never tried it!!!!

pipe is also in the park yes,but i meant more jumps and rails, and dont be scared once you learn how to fall your alright.

what kind of set up are you buying? if I may suggest something a option bella is a great ladies set up

I have no idea...my bf has been lookin for me. I have my own boots ( didn't want to get foot fungus from rentals) so I guess I just need a board and bindings. He likes burton boards, I just like the graphics...Ha ha. I'll look up your suggestion though.
