Me and my workout partner really push each other to do more. Well for some reason I am not as strong in the morning as I am in the evening. So we worked out Sunday morning (I go to church on Saturday night) And when we got to the 85lbs dumbbell I went to massived failure and when I let the left dumbbell down the right one fell on my chest. My spotter grabbed it but it still hit pretty hard. Now how is that for going until failure?
