What's confusing as I know for a fact he was a legitimate vendor at the start of the year as that's where I got my first cycle.

We are living in different times brother - raws are extremely difficult to get. Cash flow for labs have stopped/slowed dramatically, especially smaller labs. The ones with no principles and don't have the fortitude to weather the storm tend to exit scam, to reemerge later as another lab when things are better.

Now is the time when you will see who really is legitimate or not, not when times are good/better like at the start of the year.
