Well, I filled out the affidavit and just told my story. I wouldn't have called 911, but I thought he was really going to hurt me badly. At this point, is up to the prosecutor. I don't have any choice what charges are brought, but the cop that came said that he viewed it as pretty a pretty violent attack. I won't lie for him, though, no matter what. I take sworn oaths very seriously, and I'm not going to be one of those wimpy women who recants what they clearly know is the truth.

In Ohio all you had to do was go to a hospital and it would have been an F2. The Supreme Court of Ohio has affirmed it...in Ohio, I just wasn't sure about Florida.

I didn't go to the hospital. I may still go to a primary care physician, and I know this sounds goofy, but I didn't want to incur the bill and add that onto moving expenses, etc. Somehow I feel really sore, though, like when you have been in a car wreck and everything just hurts for a few weeks.

my long lost best friend had been living with a fireman whose father was also the mayor and whose brother was on the police f0rce in this town. everytime he's beat her ass and she'd call the cops - guess who shows up to their house/ daddy and brother. until the day I was there and witnessed him choking her out in a locked bedroom. her sister and I called the cops and they real deal actually showed up but it took quite a bit of explanation and convincing for them to believe it was anything more than an alcohol-induced lover's quarrel.
anywho he was convicted (not sure of the exact charges) and he never lost his job as far as I remember but this was a while ago so I could be off there. but anywho yeah. that fucker knocked me down to the concrete when I yelled obscenities at him in a distraction attempt. I basically yelled hey fuck you motherfucker come fucking hit me and see what you got coming you pussy. at least it was enough for him to to let go of her throat so she could breathe but that concrete did hurt my toosh LOL then I went home and told my daddy.

Well, I haven't been on here for a while, because my ex-bf always said I was on here flirting and emailing pictures. I've been called every name in the book by that guy. So, I agreed not to come on here. However, he started getting so jealous that I couldn't even leave the house to go to the gym, or anywhere else, for that matter, and last night, he did this:
