Yep, he had slammed doors into me and stuff before but I sort of blamed myself a little for staying there mouthing off to him. He had slammed my fingers in a door, blacked my eye with a door, and twisted my ankle in various pushing bouts. He almost through a TV on my head once, and he wasn't even mad at me. He was mad at the girls for watching TV when they were grounded. He NEVER even says he is sorry. He says that everyone else needs to be "normal" so that he won't get pissed off. !!!

Well, I filled out the affidavit and just told my story. I wouldn't have called 911, but I thought he was really going to hurt me badly. At this point, is up to the prosecutor. I don't have any choice what charges are brought, but the cop that came said that he viewed it as pretty a pretty violent attack. I won't lie for him, though, no matter what. I take sworn oaths very seriously, and I'm not going to be one of those wimpy women who recants what they clearly know is the truth.
