I just ate 226grams of salmon with brocholli and Im going to bed in 1hour and a half or so... Should I eat whey right before bed or the salmon that ate its enough? Thanks
dont take whey before bed, it will absorb too fast and your metabolism will be left with nothing for the rest of the night. Try to eat a steal or get some caseign protein so that you can extend the release of protein over the whole night.
Take some whey with 2 scoops of natty PB. It will slow the digestion down. I found the casein actually digests too slowly for me. I wake up feeling full still after 8 hours of sleep.
