Been thinking about it all day. I'm going to squat until I can't feel my ass anymore...then I'm going to do leg press until my legs twitch...THEN I'm going to do extensions until my quads rip, T H E N I'm going to do stiff-legged deads until my hammy's spasm, at which point I'll do some leg curls just to make sure they are truly and utterly shot. Then I'll do calves another day because I won't be able to walk at that point.
Holy fuck the best part is that I get to swing a cc in each quad beforehand too! OMGOMGOGOM I seriously love this shit!!!!!!1
