You can buy a neck strengthener from www.ringside.com that is what Mike uses. I work out at the same gym and we've compared necks before. Get the one that wraps around your head and then there is a chain that hangs down so you can add free weights. It's like $10. Good luck
P.S. just don't inject in your neck. lol
