How to Get Rid of a Yellow Little Strip in my Teeth?

On the back of my top row teeth, I observed there is a little strip in yellow color and worse is, there is a hole in it but it's not really that big. How can I get it off? Last month was my last check up with a dentist and she never mentioned anything about it. I am very conscious with my oral and dental hygiene so I got worried after seeing this teeth problem I have. Do you think I drink, eat something that caused this? So I won't try eating or drinking it again. What solution I must consider? Help guys. Thanks in advance!

It is pretty good that you are already concious about your oral and dental hygiene. Avoid sugar and its products. Stay far away from smoking and drinking. Daily tooth brush is so necessary for dental protection. Consult with your dental physician will be good for you.
