I'm just turned 18 two weeks ago.. 5 weeks ago I weighted 175lbs, now 5 weeks later I weight 186 . I'm eating like a pig. Even though I'm eating like a pig, I dont look like one. I have bench competition March 1st..gonna try to lift 350 or more. Its a pound for pound lift for the teens, I'm eating and trying to get as big as I can. When I get there I wanna go home on top
May not be much weight, for around here I think I can get them
I'd like to know, too. I'm going to the grocery store tonight, and I think I might try bfold's diet. I'm a powerlifter, eventually I want to be a 350+ superheavyweight. This diet may be the ticket.
eating is great. I love carbs, thick protein shakes overflowing with oatmeal and peanut butter, late nite steak and eggs. . .. oh man
nothing better than an intense workout then a buffet or trip to a good restaurant with someone else paying the doller !
