B and I have talked about this alot. FOOD is very ANABOLIC. My "diet" is even simpler than his...if thats possible.
2lbs of Ground Beef
1 Box (the new larger size) of Hamburger Helper
1 Gallon of Chocolate (Whole) Milk
6000-6500 Calories a day for about $8. This is my baseline. I make sure that I eat it every day. There is no thinking to it. If I want something else to eat, or have a craving for something I eat that in addition to my normal food. I have managed to get my weight back to just over 270. Competing in the 275's at the end of the month. Have a comp in Feb, and I plan to lift in the 308's
