how to be fat, by swole (what did u eat today?)

Today I overslept and rushed out the door eating a handfull of raisin bran. I'm so hungry I think I'll pass out.

yesterday:

6 egg whites + 2 eggs with 2 pieces dry whole grain toast.
shake with whey & cassein mixed in water.
turkey burger with no bun, whole wheat pasta & veggies
chicken breast in oatmeal with siracha
fucking wings and nachos while I watched the Phillies game. Nursed a Guinness too.

occasionally I have broiled chicken or ham or turkey breast or tuna in place of the protein shake, but 80-90% of the time for the duration of the cut, the shakes are all the protein I get.

the oatmeal and the prune juice take care of the plumming lol

Whats the reason for that though? Do you find the powder protein helps you with your cut, or is it just a conveinence thing?

How does this change for you when you bulk? What proteins do you consume?

Mav, dont you find the whey just passes right thru you and your hungry withing a few minutes again? right now during my cut shakes are out!

probably 70% convienience and 30% esthetics - less solid food = flatter stomach. there were some studies that also showed greater fat loss and lean mass retention when majority of protein came from whey.

for bulking I'll eat at least 3 solid food meals, the rest protein shakes like above. lots more walnuts, olive oil, whole grain carbs, and chicken, lean beef, and a few italian style cheats a week (pizza mmmmmmmmm, veal cutlet parm mmmmmmmmmmmmm)

I'm usually taking ephedrine when cutting, so that dampens the hunger pangs (even if im usuing EQ)
