current cutting diet:
breakfast - a few teaspoons of oatmeal, 60 grams natures best zero carb protein, handful of walnuts, container of cut watermelon
repeat 5 times daily without the oatmeal on non-workout days
workout days add 70 grams dextrose immediately post workout, and 30 grams of protein above pre and post workout, then whole wheat pasta 1 hour after workout
and prune juice as neccessary
