I'm throwing the BULL-SHIT FLAG on our 800lbs. squatter and our 15yr. old world's strongest man.
Thats the only problem with these polls, we never know who's bull shitting and who's not, but i'm gonna take a wild guess and say they are.
Anyways......

20yrs. old, 6' 260lbs, 19%bdf, 4 cycles, 635 for 1 good parralell, the second was decent, but i did get it up.

I internet squat 1033 pounds, by the way.

i just did 350lbs btf with a 2 second pause....

Here i'll be honest.

I am 17, 200 lbs, (cutting to 180) and I squat 225 for 4 reps. Sucks I know, I guess my max is 260ish. It's okay, by the time i'm 18 I should be squatting 3 wheels per side, hopefully! It still feels good to have 2 wheels each side on there even if its for a short number of reps.
 
Using Smith Machine with legs out front (good quad emphasis in this position) and HIT training (2/4 tempo), I could only get 10 x 165 for set 1, and 8 x 155 for set 2....I was toast after that...couldn't breathe and thought my quads were going to explode....I go just a little below parallel....for those of you going ATF...aren't you worried about blowing out your knees? I've never had knee problems before, and I don't want to start...just seems like going that low puts a ton of strain on the connective tissue in your knees....

Thinking about super-setting my smith squats with leg press this week...and then do some extensions and leg curls later after calves....anyone else do a squat/leg press superset?
 
try and get away from the smith machine if you are going to squat...you'll never get the full benefits of squatting if you have mr smith machine helping you out.
