I havn't been squating as much to date as I have simply gotten to strong for saftey reasons. I can easily step under 500+ for a ass to my heels but I am choosing to focus on extremely heavy leg presses right now and deadlifts. The deadlifts mimic the squat close enough to compensate when done correctly. I average 1490 for 10-15 reps for several sets. This is 26/ 45lb plates and a partner on top....
