How many mg's of Ephedrine hcl to equal the amounts of ephedra that was in OTC supps?

anyone know? I have ephedrine hcl and they are 25 mg each.

If I remember right the Ephedra colloids standardized out to 23-25g Ephedrine HCL. pick up some no-doz or vivarin to equal out to the 200mg caffiene also contained.

Most of them also contained aspirin as well, studies have only proven enhanced weight loss in morbidly obese females, tho, when combined with Ephedrine and caffiene. For cites, google "Will Brink" ECA stack
