But I only started this week.

E-bay isn't much cheaper then buying them new. Which sucks IMO.

I have two DVD players but always rent videos out of habit. I watch most stuff on a 19" TV next to bed so the quality doesn't make too much difference.

Never bought a big screen....basically I hate television for the most part. It is a vast wasteland for the mind except for the History Channel and a few others.

I really prefer the theatre anyway...go several times a month. Good movies are excellent entertainment and really cheap.

I've got around 160 right now. A great place for info is www.hometheaterforum.com (much better than dvdtalk imo). Also, Get a program called DVD Profiler to keep track of your movies.
