they actually bitch just as much, couple of them I'm friends with and go to my school.

One kid is pretty spoiled and always simply wastes the money away. He doesnt pay for school, doesnt pay for anything pretty much and when they told him that he needs to satisfy a second language requirtment at our school he started bitching about how his indian language was destroyed and he shouldnt be doing that. Both kids are pretty bad students and got into college with a horrible GPA and SATs.

From what I've seen from them and their friends I'd have to say that they are rather dumb/lazy/worthless. Of course there are exceptions.

And what makes you think other kids don't do the same thing, in any other race? Substituting the "language" thing with any other Bull Shit reason of course. Also what the hell makes you think that getting into college has a damn thing to do with being Native American, regardles of GPA's or SAT's? You make some pretty strong statements for knowing "a couple of them". And why the hell do the "good ones" have to be the exception? Ever stop to think that you only know "a couple" out of an entire race of people, so why can't Native Americans be generally good people with the ones who are idiot's being the exception. This along what I said earlier was confirmed by my native buddies I know themselfs. I don't know why get offended when the truth is fucking clear laying out on the street baggin for beer money. I went to the guys girl friends graduation celebration and saw some decent people. Than I saw the others who were just fat lazy bitter (young) assholes who dont do shit but feed off the goverment money. Fuck why try and sugarcoat some bullfuckingshit that no one will believe in the first place.
Like I said there's always exceptions but from what I saw from these 2 kids tribes it was absolutely distrubring. Judging by I'd say about 100-150+ indians that I've seen and met.
By the way, I agree that college is not a huge deal but at least it gave these kids some hope, vision, goals and experience which many of them could use.

By the way, I just remembered this guy I used to play bball. Cool guy but god damn he was so fucking stupid.
24 year old from alaska, girlfriend and 3 kids. Hits her all the time and obviously barely spends any time with his kids. Now this guy happened to have some good talent in bball, he played in cali and here and there and basically he was offered to play for a junior college. Got scholarship money and some financial aid which he fucked up after he decided to go home after the season and stop going to classes during spring quarter. I mean come on at least drop them before you go so you don't Fail every class. Not to mention his gpa was already around 1.7 I believe. During the season he didnt play shit mainly cause he got kicked out of more practices than he actually participated in. Stubborn asshole and never listens to anyone, however is content living his miserable life which is payed for by others. This kid was good enaugh to play in dvision 1 easily, he could have gone to europe and make few betewen 50-150 at a minimum. He had no drive to success, he was okay with living a horrible lifestyle which is from what I saw same/similar situation with others.
