As much as I would laugh if you stilled it wrong and went blind, if you can make a good batch, the product is priceless. Ranger knows about it - but nobody seems to want to learn how to still properly.

Absinthe is also good stuff, but I use it solely for insight.

Irish Car Bomb
     - 1/2 pint(s) Guinness Beer
     - 1/2 oz Bailey's Irish Cream
     - 1/2 oz Irish Whiskey

Directions/Comments: Mix the Bailey's and the whiskey in a shot glass, drop it in the Guinness, and chug.

yes this is the proper car bomb. I've seen people just use bailey's with out the irish wisky. that's kid stuff.


2 ton hoss, just drink martini's. that'll do it every time. not those fancy chick drink martini's either. Dirty martini, up, with kettle one vodka, or grey goose, or belvedere vodka. drink 4 of those and call me in the morning.

Try buying a bartending mixed drinks book and try them out. It's kind of fun. I was a champ once at mixing drink.
