Hey guys,I've been doing a lot of research and decided to to get some HGH (Chinese blue cap) and just want to know the best way to use it. My source said take 4iu's first thing in the morning every second day(to prevent natural supression of HGH I am guessing). I think 4iu's in one shot is a bit much, so I'm planning to take 2iu's first thing in the morning, and 2iu's mid afternoon. I am planning to take it every second day to avoid any natural supression,and my supply will also last longer. Any views on this guys?? Also any thoughts on taking it post-workout?? I apreciate any advice given, thanks.
