Hey guys,I've been doing a lot of research and decided to to get some HGH (Chinese blue cap) and just want to know the best way to use it. My source said take 4iu's first thing in the morning every second day(to prevent natural supression of HGH I am guessing). I think 4iu's in one shot is a bit much, so I'm planning to take 2iu's first thing in the morning, and 2iu's mid afternoon. I am planning to take it every second day to avoid any natural supression,and my supply will also last longer. Any views on this guys?? Also any thoughts on taking it post-workout?? I apreciate any advice given, thanks.

I would take it daily,,,AM when you wake and again following training.
Your body releases most of its own HGH at night so just avoid HGH injects
near bedtime to avoid supressing your own HGH if you have any left.
 
So if you took 4-5iu per day in 2 injects per day for 5-6 months... would your body stop producing its own hgh? What happens then?
 
Thats a good question. I hope I dnt just shrink after I stop taking it for 6 months!! Also does anybody have any views on how many carbs to eat while using GH, due to insulin sensitivity?? And if I am taking 2 iu's post-workout do I need to be more precise with my carbs??? Thanks guys
 
Carbs will depend a lil on wat your goals are bulking or cutting. With that low of dose post workout won't make huge difference. How long you plan on running
I'm planning on running the HGH for 6 months.I would like to use it for a bulk if possible,would also welcome any fat loss! I'm also using 30mg d-bol,600mg Test E and 400mg Eq, on week 3 now. Would there be any sense in using 4iu's on training days, and 2iu's on non-training days?? Thanks
 
supression is bullshit, for bulking run 10IUs immediately post work out intramuscular 3 times per week. don't eat for 30-50min after GH shot.

Do I really need that much post workout though? It's my first time using HGH, so could I get a good benefit from maybe 6iu's post workout? My stats are 24years old, 5ft10, 220lbs,17%bf
 
And is intramuscular the best way to use HGH if I wanna bulk?? I'm currently using it sub-q around my navel.
 
Well it worked for me. Might want to do a little more research on it.
 
i dont think there is a substantial difference between subq and im however i do agree with 6-10 iu's post work out 3-4 times per week for some mass i only saw fat loss and sleep benefits from 2-4 iu's ed 4 on 3 off

How much did you use post-workout and did you have any side effects? Did you have a lot of carbs post-workout,or is that a bad idea due to Gh's insulin sensitivity? Thanks Sony
 
It works best on 10IUs, try it for a few weeks you will be amazed its not just me.
 
I have been on gh for 3 1/2 years now and totally believe the suppression is bullshit...meaning I think if you take gh you are suppressed anyway, not matter what time you take it...
I have taken it every way you can imagine over the years and one thing I have noticed is that taking any more than 2iu at a time has been a waste... So I stick with 2iu every shot...if I am just coasting I take 2iu/day and shoot post workout. 4iu I shoot post workout and before bed, as sleeping is when you grow so it makes sense to have it in you while you are sleeping. Anymore and I spread it out over the day. Shots before bed and in the middle of the night seem to have definitely helped to add mass during bulk cycles

I might add that if it's a generic then quoting IU's is meaningless. They'll be no indication of the amount of GH in each wafer so when it's reconstituted there will be no way to measure it's effect. 4 IU's of a generic from one Chinese lab might be the same as 3 IU's of another Chinese lab, etc.

Maybe Gh would be absorbed in the same manner post-workout...
 
I read that back in 2005 and I no longer believe it to be true. I am currently taking 5IU's in the am ED. I notice a big difference from 2IU's 2x per day.
Source is your #1 concern when buying GH. Its not just how many IU's are really in your vial. Its how did they store and ship it. GH is very sensitive and poor storage technique can make 10IUs = 2 or less IU's. Price does not always dictact quality infact they are irrelevant unless your source is numero uno!

Maybe Gh would be absorbed in the same manner post-workout...
