aloha everyone, just needed some tips on cardio. im where i want to be with leaness, buit im sick of my cardio routine. Every morning for 70 mins, come one now!!! if anyone has something new to spice up my cardio life, give it up please. IM asking women because its harder for women to get lean, so i figure if a woman is lean they have to work just as hard or harder
