I don´t wanna waste your time, I am planning the cicle for September, at that time I will be in shape.

I am 1.73m and 67kg, I´m skinny but It´s all muscle and I started benching 50kg, now I am benching 70kg*4.
I´ve done some improvement, but I know things will get harder in the next months!

All I want is advice.

PS: Ah, I am eating 30g of protein (whey/tuna) every 2.5 hours, and eating 2 decent meals of red meat.
And yes, this time I will not rely on carbs.

As everybody told you you should NOT start a cycle until you've reached a long plateau (This should take you at least 3-5 years of hardcore training to achieve). This way you can achieve your max potential results - then and only then after you've researched AAS and got your training, resting and diet in check you can do a cycle.

Anyways it's your own body so do what you want. As for PCT you should research this by yourself not to expect everything to be spoon fed to you.

I'll make an exception this time: PCT:
Nolva, Clomid and HCG
 
I´m sorry man but your stats suck and I think you are just trying to be funny. So haha! mr.funny-guy....
 
Thank you for the help AhMadKooL, your advice will guide me.
I will train hard for 3 years and THEN I will have much more knowledge on AAS and PCT´s.
