I don´t wanna waste your time, I am planning the cicle for September, at that time I will be in shape.
I am 1.73m and 67kg, I´m skinny but It´s all muscle and I started benching 50kg, now I am benching 70kg*4.
I´ve done some improvement, but I know things will get harder in the next months!
All I want is advice.
PS: Ah, I am eating 30g of protein (whey/tuna) every 2.5 hours, and eating 2 decent meals of red meat.
And yes, this time I will not rely on carbs.
