I'm on a traditional Decca/Test E/D-bol cycle, but have problems gaining lean weight. No matter what I do I either does not gain or gain inches on my waist instead of my arms/legs/chest...
My stats:
38 yrs, 100kgs,bf 18% (way to high,yes I know!)
Gear:
Since my latest bloodwork reveal that I have Testosteronelevel of 200 (normal range 10-30) I'm resonably sure that my gear is good. SHBG is low (9, with normal range 15-85), so this should not be a problem.
Progesterone at 14 (normal range 0.3 - 3.7) indicate to me that the Decca really is Nandrolone.
Training:
Day 1:Legs total of 14 sets. Includes 5 sets of squats. Calves 5 sets
Day 2:Back total of 12 sets. Rowing exercises. Arms total of 8 sets
2 days off
Day 3:Legs total of 7 sets. Includes 5 sets of squats. Benchpress 5 sets, triceps 4 sets
Day 4; Deadlifts 5 sets. Leg curls 3 sets. Chins max sets of 5 reps.Varios shoulder presses and flyes, total of 9 sets.
One day off
I use a rep-range of 8-12 reps, going down to 5 reps on the big 3 while on cycle.
Diet:
Were on a low carb diet for 3 months before going on cycle. Gained about 10kg the first two weeks (probably a lot of water due to the previous diet and the D-bol).
Now aiming for a clean balanced diet of 50% carb, 40% protein and 10% fat. Always (!!!) get >2g protein pr. kg bodyweight. 5 to 6 meals pr. day depending on if I'm working out that day or not.
According to my Tanita BIA scale I have BMR of 2700-2800 kcal pr day. For daily activity I add 1000 kcal. Adding 700 kcal for training and weight gain ED, I end up at 4400 kcal pr. day.
Since I'm not very good at counting calories I think I vary from 4000 to 5000 kcal pr. day, but over the course of a week I belive I'm pretty spot on.
Now, I dont mind gaining fat while gaining muscle, but I think it's to bad that I gain more fat than muscle. What can I be doing wrong?
