has anyone lost 5" in waist in 8 weeks, cause i sure the hell have!please take a look

when are you going?

when you going to cancun....I'll be there from June 14th - 23rd.....and how did you lose the love handles.....shed some light
 
You're saying that you lost 5" (by the way, I'd guess that that translates to at least 15-20 lbs of blubber) in 13 weeks using a combination of lots of androgens, some anabolics, no cardio, no ECA, no Clen, no T3, and no DNP eating "clean" at around your maintainence calorie level!? :eek: :confused: No fucking way. I don't mean to piss on everyone's parade, but if this is true, I'd be VERY surprised. If it were that easy, everyone on this board would have six-packs. Post the pics.

I lost 2" and 10 lbs and it equaled out to about 4.5%.

it happened believe it or not. like i said, i have lost 0lbs my arms have grown well over 1.5"
i cant really explain it to you. you know my normal heart rate is 110 beats per minute. i have a FAST metabolism, i dont need any eca or clen although i'll be using it soon to cut up more since i still have another month. i'm just concerned with the clen and heart rate

This is great stuff, bro, more power to you. Diet is sooooo important, this should serve as an excellent example of that. Eating cleanly, with little or no sugar and other garbage food makes all the difference. When I see people talking about how they got big on ice cream milk shakes it makes me laugh.
