hands and feet feel like they're asleep

I am currently using var at 40mg/day, deca 300mg/every 5 days, and just a light dose of test to keep things working (200mg/wk). My hands and feet feel like they're asleep any time I am not moving them around (maybe not always but 5-6 times per day). It's the same feeling in my hands that I've had with HGH but worse (more painful). I've never experienced this with the compounds I'm taking and was curious if anybody has an answer or similar experience.

Hey bro i feel the same thing here, right now I'm not in any cycle but I did 2 in the past, I'm doing a new bulking diet which is working good, but I have the feeling that the more I get bigger the more I get my hands/arms asleep, it could be due to the extra blood pressure ocurring in our body?
maybe this is an indicator that we are getting bigger?

anyone else?

I get that too when I'm on cycle. It usually starts happening half way through and ends only a few weeks after coming off. It only happens when I sleep though. I can barely get a good night's rest sometimes.

Could also be a pinched nerve in your hand. Think about it, when you are bench pressing 300 plus lbs that is a lot of weight set atop the palms of your hand. Peridodically my hand and arm fall asleep ramdomly i got worried and visited my doc and that how he explained it to me. Also the muscle getting bigger has a tendency to pinch certain nerves in the arm.

It's usually when I'm not moving. When I sit on the shitter both my legs go to sleep and that doesn't normally happen to me. When I'm in bed my arms and especially my hands go to sleep and that also is not normal for me. It's usually when I'm doing something that could potentially cause this problem but it now happens every time and is much more painful. So you guys think it could be BP? I don't have a lot of water retention if that matters.

I've been getting the same thing the last few weeks. I think it's due to the muscle growth pinching off nerves and restricting blood flow. I get it in bed when I have my arm at a strange angle, like when watching TV and my arms are folded.

EXACTLY! I'm glad I'm not the only one, definitely makes me feel better.

Sometimes I get it even when walking, it feels kinda funny and is like a little warm feeling, it only happens in the arms for me though.
