Hey let me know how Rok Bar is, I'm gonna be down the 20th through Labor Day. We're coming down on Tuesday the 24th to meet people for dinner at Hotel Astor, then we'll head out after that, let me know what's shaking.

Hopefully we'll be able to hook up at Delano, if you're not already dialed in down there..

We'll be spending most of our time in Highland Beach trying to get our place furnished and the finishing touches, and with a new baby, we'll be doing lots of grandma and grandpa time, but I still plan to be down there at least a couple nights.

I love hotel Astor on tuesday nights. very chill atmosphere. Never had dinner there but i go there for drinks on tuesdays. nice crowd

I don't have any hookups at the delano, but i love going to the rosebar there. i'll bring my girlfriend along when you come down. Opium is pretty good on tuesday's too. They have that homecooking event. Pretty casual and laid back with tons of locals and they give free barbeque , but i'm thinking we should do something more upscale i.e. delano.

Sounds like you're gonna be pretty busy with the house and the kids, but when you do come down we gotta have a good time.

Was your house just built?

btw i never been to rok bar before. I heard about it and pass it when i go to the Shore Club, but never really ventured in....isn't that Tommy Lee's place?

I actually believed him about the brazil thing until now. if you were so hooked in and backed, your partners would have filled you in on the s.b. deal instead of calveless wonder. if they thought they were building a strip club and you are the one who has to go tell them they can't, you're in even bigger trouble. doesn't matter how much $ they have, if they do exist. they sound blind. it is 10 times easier to lose $10 million than it is to make it.

ack I actually looked up to what you were doing for awhile, thought maybe you had something figured out about life we didn't. you do play the part online pretty well.

I have no doubt he believes everything he's saying is going to happen, and that he firmly believes it will be as easy as he says it is. I just think he's too young to appreciate all the obstacles life can and will throw at you. The master plan does seem pretty ill-conceived and I don't see 10% of it actually coming to fruition. However, I'm looking forward to being proven wrong. It'll just mean one more successful black man to me. I'm not one who needs other people to fail to feel good about myself. I'd just rather see more evidence of what he's achieved already and less of the pipe dream stuff. I'll be more than happy to raise a toast and say "Man, that boden talked the talk and walked the walk". Until then, my respect and props still fall to pitbullstl. Several successful business ventures, two homes, a wonderful family and one of the best physiques on EF. THAT's a successful man.

We have hundreds of guys per year come through our doors talking about all the huge real estate deals they're GOING to do.. how it's all planned out.. the backing is in place...

I 'm A US citizen, And i own my own business, and i have seen just about everything, let me tell you-to succeed you will need a plan,because the stinking gov sure isn't gonna help you, most business's fail within the first year or two. I would like to see BO-Den make it, however at his age i don't see it happening, he is relying on friends to plan this,and has no idea whats involved in the business world, I may be wrong no offence there guy.
