me and my partners are going to open a new bike shop/high class strip club/tiki bar on the beach.... in south beach with the money

we set up shop ill be buying a small condo in Ft.loderdale and help with running the buisness.

this will be our american base.

ill be using the rest of my money to build my house on the land i have on this island right off (RIO: ill post link to island information when i check my e-mail)
there is a ferry that transports you to the rio harbor.

this buisness idea is very exciting..... the custum bike shop should do ok...and the best part of having a 3 part buisness is when im not selling bikes ill be making money off the private dances.

ill be able to work 6 months out of the year and train the other six when im done starting it up!!!

I love hotel Astor on tuesday nights. very chill atmosphere. Never had dinner there but i go there for drinks on tuesdays. nice crowd

I don't have any hookups at the delano, but i love going to the rosebar there. i'll bring my girlfriend along when you come down. Opium is pretty good on tuesday's too. They have that homecooking event. Pretty casual and laid back with tons of locals and they give free barbeque , but i'm thinking we should do something more upscale i.e. delano.

Sounds like you're gonna be pretty busy with the house and the kids, but when you do come down we gotta have a good time.

btw i never been to rok bar before. I heard about it and pass it when i go to the Shore Club, but never really ventured in....isn't that Tommy Lee's place?

Yeah Rok Bar is part Tommy Lee's but mostly owned by Sean Saladino, he used to be part of Rumi, Sean and Alan Roth (big promoter down there) were partners in a few places, he's a douche, but his brother Mike is one of the owners of Automatic Slim's, I've known him for awhile.

We built a condo, it's in the third building at Toscana in Highland Beach. It's close to my mom and dad (they're in Gulfstream, just south of Palm Beach) plus it's a nice area, and it's under an hour to anywhere.

I have no doubt he believes everything he's saying is going to happen, and that he firmly believes it will be as easy as he says it is. I just think he's too young to appreciate all the obstacles life can and will throw at you. The master plan does seem pretty ill-conceived and I don't see 10% of it actually coming to fruition. However, I'm looking forward to being proven wrong. It'll just mean one more successful black man to me. I'm not one who needs other people to fail to feel good about myself. I'd just rather see more evidence of what he's achieved already and less of the pipe dream stuff. I'll be more than happy to raise a toast and say "Man, that boden talked the talk and walked the walk". Until then, my respect and props still fall to pitbullstl. Several successful business ventures, two homes, a wonderful family and one of the best physiques on EF. THAT's a successful man.

Getting a casino license in los angeles county is EASIER than a strip club license there.
