listen broly, the best advice any one here could give you is this.

#1 address your emotional problems first
#2 set small goals for yourself and understand how they can be obtained. this doesn't apply to just lifting
#3 stick with your attack plan to obtain your goals. after a fixed amount of time, i.e. 9 weeks, change it if it's not working. find your weaknesses and make them your strengths. this won't happen overnite, just like anything in life
#4 eat healthy. no supplement or "special" diet is going to fix your problems at your level

only you can help yourself

this is by far the advice that will help you the most...lifting requires a great amount of dedication and motivation...when things aren't going right on my life, lifting often becomes a casualty of that strife.

Alright here's my input. Are you actually lifting all the days that you say or are you missing some here and there. Are you really being consistent. I'm not criticizing just asking. You need 5x5!!
Post your max poundages on such lifts as bench press, curls, back, triceps, etc. I used to get crazy pissed because I struggled to make increases in weight both on the bar and on my body. Since incorporating the 5x5 approach I've created new goals and met them all. If your max is 200 on bench you can't be trying to best it each time you go. If your max is 200 on bench for example you need to start at like 140 or 150 and do 5 sets of 5 and stop. The most important thing is to get all 5 sets of 5 reps with no assistance, once you can the next week you add just 5 pounds and do 5x5. This will be explained in the previous 5x5 posts that I've seen here. I believe that your constantly hitting your plateau each time you lift and for every exercise. You need to back way off on your weight and do what you can and work up slowly. As for diet keep the protein high, as you are and go see a doctor you may have some other medical condition.

Without reading all the replies I can tell you, you are doing too much.

I'ts a mistake made by many(myself included) drop all useless exercises.

I didnt see much improvement until I went to low reps and heavy weight. 3 sets of 6 reps.

i wonder how many other people have wasted time following Arnolds book, that bast@rd.

since i train at such high volume and intensity i need plenty of rest so i take GABA (damn that sounds like an ad doesnt it?)
i think it reallly helps me sleep better at night. you can get over a month's worth at body building.com for 14$ so its worth a try.

and try to take a nap after your post w/o meal.

You need to get over this shit quick. This board is not about how much you can lift. It's about dedication and progress.

The quicker you realize that every one of us has been right where you are, the quicker we can help each other to fix your problems in the gym.:)

I'm not requiring you to post your numbers, just not to be ashamed to post them.

100kg x 4 is about 225lbs x 4, nothing wrong with that.

Agreed. I know some fairly big guys who only handle about that much. Not everyone can bench 500 ibs. That's life.
