Thanks for the kind words.....I have never been impressed with my squat, I just think with my other lifts I should be squatting 585x5, lol.....but all I can do is train it harder than anything else, I've only got what I got, thats all I can do, lol.
Thanks, it felt pretty solid, the 3rd wasn't as fast as the 1st single, but they were never in doubt. My pec/shoulder tie-ins are bothering me a little bit though, I was planning a little deload this week, I was gonna skip the flat bench after push presses tonight, then on Tues next week, I was going to protect the area and close-grip, then hopefully do some heavy benching the next week.

I've previously suggested sending money via PayPal to subsidize a camera purchase. It wouldn't take much from each of the people regularly posting in this journal to pay for a decent portion of a cheap camera from ebay/newegg. It's hardly an appeal to pure altruism: we'd probably benefit more from seeing the lifts than T would from having to mess around with recording himself or proving to sidney (remember that guy?) that his numbers are real.
No joke - I threw the pussy pad away - threw it right in the trash. Owner of the gym asked me about it and I told him it was a useless piece of equiptment - he laughed and got it out of the trash. Thank god he likes me!
Not many have seen a ATF squat w/ 5 plates - I know I have not. I can't wait till I'm walikng under it!
