Dips: Bodyweight x 22, 18, 17
Thats it, short and sweet......came home, was out of protein, was out of milk, so I chugged 16oz of Egg Beaters, needless to say I won't be doing that again as they didn't sit too well, lol, but it got the job done, I hate egg beaters, but I like to dump them in shakes for added protein......Back squats tomorrow and some type of pull, then Thurs off.....then repeat.
