Goal: Jacked inner pecs and thunderous biceps

Your FS never ceases to amaze.

How is your 3 x week squatting laid out - light, medium, heavy with FS your light day?
 
Right now, it's gonna be day 1 for back squats to a heavy 5, day 2 for front squats to a heavy triple (which is the light day), and day 3 for back squats to a 5 at about 85% of what I used on day 1.
 
Yet more props on the front squats. How close is your FS PR to your back squat one?

Also, this reminds me that you promised us leg pics at some point. :rainbow:

I ended up having one in my gallery, should still be there.....but I will take more though.

Lifetime Front Squat PR is 405.....Back Squat is 515....If I were to go for maxes tomorrow, I'd guess the front squat would be about 385 and the back squat MAYBE 485, I've had no confidence on this lift lately....when I train each one in a cycle equally as hard, they are always about 100lb apart.

I see I've got my efgf soliciting compliments for me now, lol

Worked out tonight.....Tues. 8/22/06

Incline Press: 135x8, 225x8, 225x8, 225x8, 275x2, 300x2, 325x2, 345x2

Dips: Bodyweight x 22, 18, 17

Thats it, short and sweet......came home, was out of protein, was out of milk, so I chugged 16oz of Egg Beaters, needless to say I won't be doing that again as they didn't sit too well, lol, but it got the job done, I hate egg beaters, but I like to dump them in shakes for added protein......Back squats tomorrow and some type of pull, then Thurs off.....then repeat.
 
Good to see you are feeling better. I noticed on one of your training days last week you did some behind the neck press before bench. How did that affect your strength on your flat press?

Egg Beaters, bro I would have got on a plane and brought you some milk before I'd let someone chug that! I did something similiar but with these slimy 100% liquid egg whites (egg beaters are even worse. I can't imagine how you did 16oz). That didn't sit to well with me either. I moved in the bathroom that night! Like you I was out of milk and figured "hey why not." NEVER AGAIN!

BTW I did see the the calf pic in your gallery, angle cook have been better, you weren't flexing & it's about 4 months old :) That's why I asked for the pic.

Yeah, it was disgusting, the onlt way i was able to chug is because it was right after the gym and I was thirsty and I just slammed them without stopping to breathe, lol.

Yeah, the bench after the PP worked out okay, it is an idea I got from Glenn Pendlay actually, so I can't take credit for it..... it affects the bench numbers a little bit, and isn't something I'd do when peaking my bench, for the next 3 weeks I am gonna go with it though, and then hopefully the bench will be that much better once I start doing it fresh again.
