Goal: Jacked inner pecs and thunderous biceps

Your weight's climbed a good 12 pounds or so these past couple of months. Looking swole.

Just think of the food poisoning as an unscheduled deload.

Power Clean: barx a lot, 135x a lot, 185x1, 225x1, 255x1, 275x1, 295x1, 315x1, 325x1 (ties PR), 275x3x3......I am going to alternate these every week with deadlifts and hopefully neither will stall out, the 325 was good, I could have been a little faster though.

Back Squat: 135x8, 225x8, 315x8, 365x5, 385x5, 405x5 (I will be squatting more frequently, as this has always been my suck lift and thus needs to be trained the hardest, I am just not built for squattin')

Jump Shrug: 315x6, 405x6, 475x6, 505x6, 525x6

Decline Situps: bodyweightx 2 sets of 20

Weighed in at 255 even
 
Another PR? There must've been some D-Blade in that chicken along with the salmonella.

Nice eatin' the past few days...I didn't think you'd be able to get enough down to keep from dropping a few pounds with the illness.

Strict Standing Press: barx a lot, 135x5, 185x1, 225x1, 235x 6 singles, 215x4-3-3-3-3 (these were all relatively easy, I probably could have added 10lbs to the singles and done 5x5 @ 215, but then I would have blown my load and I'd have nothing left for next time, plus my volume/frequency is high on everything, so I will be patient.....all pressing is feeling better than it ever has right now)

Flat D-Bell Bench: 100sx15-15-15-13

Front Squat: barx a lot, 135x5, 225x5, 275x5, 315x3, 325x3, 330x3, 335x3....these were all pretty easy.

Pendlay Row: 135x10, 225x10, 285x5x5

Machine Calf Raises: Stack (numbers were all faded away, lol) x 3 sets of 10.....I'll add reps every week for a goal of 3 sets of 30.

Good workout......I plan on something heavy on the incline tonight.
 
Great job on the front squats....Im thinking of trying them myself to help bump the dl
