Power Clean: barx a lot, 135x a lot, 185x1, 225x1, 255x1, 275x1, 295x1, 315x1, 325x1 (ties PR), 275x3x3......I am going to alternate these every week with deadlifts and hopefully neither will stall out, the 325 was good, I could have been a little faster though.
Back Squat: 135x8, 225x8, 315x8, 365x5, 385x5, 405x5 (I will be squatting more frequently, as this has always been my suck lift and thus needs to be trained the hardest, I am just not built for squattin')
Jump Shrug: 315x6, 405x6, 475x6, 505x6, 525x6
Decline Situps: bodyweightx 2 sets of 20
Weighed in at 255 even
