I am gonna try that....my omlette-making skills need a little work, I always end up screwing it up and making scrambled eggs, lol

Forgot to post yesterday's workout.....Wed. 8/23/06

Back Squat: 135x10, 225x5, 315x5, 350x5, 375x5, 415x3, 365x8.....I think I can push a triple on the 3rd squat workout at this point, then hit 5 with it in 2 days, so screw the 85-90% crap for right now.

Chins: BWx 10, 9, 9

Standing Atl. D-bell Curl: 50sx8, 60sx8, 65sx8 (this may be a PR for 8 reps, not sure)

Today was off.
 
Got a good workout in today

Behind the neck push press: 135x8, 225x5, 235x5, 245x5, 255x5, 270x4 (the 5th rep at 270 started off perfect, I got great leg drive and launched the bar about 2 inches or so above my head, but I just got out of groove when I started to press it out with my arms, I should have had this, but what can ya do, this was a PR for reps w/ 270 on this lift regardless).

Flat Bench: 225x5, 300x5, 330x5, 355x5.....nice and smooth, no problems.

Incline D-Bells: 100sx13-12-12

D-Bell Skullcrushers: 55sx12-12-10-10

Skwats and deathlifts tomorrow.

Yeah, I really gayed up what would have been an otherwise heterosexual workout with the skulls, sorry, lol

Back Squat 1 rep PR is 515, 5 rep PR is 455 or maybe 460, I forget, I'd have to go through my log.....I'd love nothing more in training than to squat something like 585x5, lol.....it has always been a tough lift for me, I don't have great squatting leverages, but I pound them hard.....I have come to the conclusion that I won't squat what I think I should unless I weighed about 300lbs, and that won't be happening, so I'll give it what I got, lol.
 
Dunkin Donuts and anadrol make a potent combination for getting that squat up, come on, do it.. join the 24" neck club & you'll be swimming in playboy bunnies before you know it.

270 x 4 is awesome, you have got to get that camera
 
That is a great push press. I think you need to start doing some doubles and triples, before you turn into a 130 pound sucker from all that cardio :)
