Im starting my first gh+slin cycle in a few months. I would like any advice anybody has. I have done alot of research. Im planning on running 5 iu of gh/day and 10 iu of slin post workout. I havent made my mind up on what type of slin to go with or if im going i.m. Or subq. Opinions please? As faf as diet goes id appreciate advice on this too. Right now im planning on having a shake post workout with protein, dextrose, and creatine. Then 1 hr later a solid meal with chicken and brown rice.
