Thinking of post w/o, but will likely do just AM subq.

I've heard the 5 on 2 off is just to save $$, no need otherwise.

In regards to the benefits derived, yes.
 
oaky, here's my two cents. i'm kind of old school in my thinking, however, i still feel it the best method.

due to gh's short half life (about 2 hours) i like to inject 3 times per day.

i inject when i get up, post work out with slin, and before bed.

now the part that makes my injection schedule old school is that many belive it to be a waste to inject before bed. the reason behind that is you natural gh prodution is highest duing you fouth-ish hour of sleep. REM sleep. so they will work a third injection into a different part of the day based on the above posted graph.

HOWEVER, i feel that your natural gh production is sooooo slight, even at it's peak, why not take full advantage of an injection before bed? gh is after all most effective while you're sleeping. so that, IMO, is the best time to inject. more bang for your buck so-to-speak.
 
i am entering my fifth month of 4- 6 iu / day. 7 days on... my first 3 months i divided the dose before and after the workout. on the weeks that i did 6iu/day, i did the shots 3 times per day (one before bed). now because of work, i cant take my gh with me , so i have reduced my shot to first thing in the morning on an empty stomach before training. (4iu). i have discontinued the night shot because it interfered with my sleep (insomnia).

in addition, i decided to try dnp for 10-14 days. i have run gh thus far with anabolics, and t-3 (at different periods of the cycle).

it seems the 4iu morning shot is working best... but i cant distinguish if the results are because i am entering my fifth month.

i ran the exports for two months, and seemed to get results.. but as a first time gh user, i wasnt really sure what to expect. i then switched to the hologram saizens. also at this time i was running spectro fina for the first 6 weeks.

diet considerations... the info is all over the place... some say no carbs, for an hour... others say go to town. I would like to know more about diet on the stuff.

i have been running 3g/day of ala the whole time.
