oaky, here's my two cents. i'm kind of old school in my thinking, however, i still feel it the best method.
due to gh's short half life (about 2 hours) i like to inject 3 times per day.
i inject when i get up, post work out with slin, and before bed.
now the part that makes my injection schedule old school is that many belive it to be a waste to inject before bed. the reason behind that is you natural gh prodution is highest duing you fouth-ish hour of sleep. REM sleep. so they will work a third injection into a different part of the day based on the above posted graph.
HOWEVER, i feel that your natural gh production is sooooo slight, even at it's peak, why not take full advantage of an injection before bed? gh is after all most effective while you're sleeping. so that, IMO, is the best time to inject. more bang for your buck so-to-speak.
