I'm 6'5" 320 lbs. 18-20% bf. Cycle is starting Monday as follows?

Weeks 1-10 Test Enthanate 750mg week (M,W,F)
Weeks 7-12 Fina 75 ed___ Winny 50 ed except weekends.

Diet will be clean, I guarantee that. I just need a good workout shedule that will best utilize this gear usage. PLEASE HELP!!!!
 
to make it even better add some t3 and or clen...e/c/a/y stack is great or NYC stack and ALA around 1000mgs/day is good for the liver and help you in cutting cycles and bulking..you doing a cutting cycle so keep the carbs around 30% up the protein and fats..ginger root at 500-1000mgs RIGHT before each meal...do a search for it MARCO had a good post on it long ago.drink 1-2gallons of water a day.cardio 3 times a week or try doing it before breakfast...clomid post cycle..and why not take winny on the weekends?
 
I'm going to be taking ALA, milk thistle, and cranberry extract ed. I don't have enough Winny for 6 weeks ed. My last 15 zambons got seized by customs.

Also, I need a good workout routine/schedule. Any suggestions. Thanks....

thur**shoulders/bis/abs

sun**repeat on a roid cycle off cycle dont repeat
sun*REPEAT**back/abs
mon**chest/tris/cardio
tue**off
wed**shoulders/bis/abs
thur**legs/cardio
fri**off
sat**repeat

*so its follows 2 on 1 off 2 on 1 off repeat,thats on a cycle*
*off cycles its 2 on 1 off 2 on 2 off*
 
What exactly is a E/C/A/Y stack? I've heard of ECA (xenadrine, stacker, ripped fuel)?

How many sets per body part?
 
on cycle
chest 12 sets
back---12 sets
delts--9 sets
traps--4sets
legs--12 sets
bis--9-10 sets
tris--9-10 sets
abs--6 sets

off cycle
chest--10sets
back--10sets
delts--7-9sets
traps--2-3sets
legs--8-10sets
bis-8sets
tris-8sets
abs-5-6sets
 
every 12 weeks or so take a week off training
every-8-10 weeks change your reps
example--10-12 reps
then--8-10 reps
then--6-8 reps
then--4-6reps for(3-4 weeks)(3-4 sets total)***
then 1-2/3 reps(for 1-2 weeks)(1-2 sets total)***

when you are going low reps only have 1 excise like the basics for chest..bench press
back--deadlift/barbell rows/power cleans
shoulders--presses
traps--shurgs
bis--barbel curls
tris--pulldowns
legs--squats

***warmup good on those weeks,have a spotter***
