Omega--do you mix 3 talespoons of g-covery, along with 1 tsp of PurMCC with your protein shake in the morning? If so, what protein are you using to help you gt it down. I would rather do all 3 tablespoons in oneshot if possible--dont want to be mixing 1 tbs 3x daily.
I have been taking it. but went down to 1 tablespoon a day. One thing I have noticed it that I have the worse breakouts since i was a teen. Is this maybe a side effect.
I don't mind the slight earthy taste at all. I want results and this stuff delivers. Who cares about tasting something bad for 2 seconds when it gives you so many incredible benefits. Some people down nasty shots of booze every weekend and all it gives them is a hang over. I get 24 hour, 7 days a week fullness, incredible recovery and immune support and energy from Omega's peptides, so I make sure to take it.
If incredible results aren't motivation enough, then I would simply mix it into your shakes. Put two scoops of a flavored protein powder and perhaps a little skim milk for a thicker shake. That should solve the problem right there.
Oh almost forgot....
Bake, I have very sensitive skin and I never got acne or even ever heard of anyone getting it from glutamine. Perhaps it's a change in diet, not showering often enough, not changing sheets often enough, stress, etc, etc. Acne can be caused by so many things that I would highly doubt it's from glutamine. Try tanning, changing your bed sheets and towels often. Always shower and scrub well after each workout. If this doesn't help then there's always over the counter products or the always helpful dermatologist. Good luck bro.
