In the past few weeks I have noticed a bruised feeling on both forearms halfway between the wrist and elbows. They only hurt when I press on them like a bruise or nerve of somekind. Could it be because of the heavy weights I am pressing or maybe I am lifting wrong? Please let me know If any of you can shed any light on this.

I get that when on D-Bol and Fina alot. I really start to notice it when I am lifting amd I have to fight through it. I am not sure how to help the problem but if anyone has any ideas then I'mm all ears

I always assumed it's the same thing as shin splints, just in your arms. I figure it's just the tissue tearing away from the bone. With a little rest, it'll grow back stronger. From what I've heard, it happens to everyone (myself, roommate, friends, and just about anyone else I've ever talked to that cycles.)

Yeah I had that too a week ago. I took 5 days rest and it's all better now. It was really beginning to affect my lifts.

sounds like the bicep tendon, youll need to apply heat before training and ice right after it may take a few weeks before the pain subsides also take anti-inflammatorys such as alleve and/or
advil.

Its tendonitus, and it feels similiar to what happens when you get shin splits, its sucks ass lifts that aggrevate it: straight bar curls, when it gets bad any type of curl other than dumbell will be excruciating, close grip bench, weighted dips even. Stay away from the lifts that aggrevate it, you have to let it heal or it will only get worse. Advils in high mg's are your friends but dont kill the pain to ignore it kill it and change your workout to get away from those that caused it. I had it bad on my very first cycle years back.

It could also be tennis elbow......does it hurt when you grip things??? Most likely its tendonitis like they say...but the pain sounds like when I had tennis elbow..... when you press on the area that hurts though it goes away........

I call it forearm splints. They suck but I found theres not much you can do for them. It took a little over a year and mine went away. Then I got lazy took way to much time off and now there back. I found in time it just goes away. Its like my body finally realizes I wont quit lifting so it heals up. This is just my experience.

Man you guys sure can relieve a guys problems. I thought for sure it was some mutant thing I picked up and noone would know what I was talkin about. Thanks for the info guys..I'm normal then..kinda.

I have the exact same thing, I find that when doing preacher curls I get the feeling between the elbow and wrist, its not a big PAIN but its uncomfortable. I find that when I do preacher curls and keep doing them (say a set) and I finish I get it for about 30seconds after my set, and its gone...But returns as soon as I do another set...

I think it might be the angle I'm lifting but I've tried everything, I now don't do preacher curls...
someone solve it please.!
