At first thanks a lot for some advice about my diet menu plan.
So I would like clarify you my BF%, I know, I don't belive this number, but it measured me in fitness club by trainer, he measured me with electronic body fat analyzer. I measure with this analyzer each months and each months I have the same number {as a matter of course + - 1 or 2%}
I would like know which body fat analyzer is the most accurate????
Who can me measure my bodyfat accurate?

It's true that a lot of people telling me that I'm skinny, but I don't think so.
I'm 5'6 108 Lb my measure is 34-25-34

yes, my trainer measured me with electronic body fat analyzer but I think that is not accurate I don't belive it. How do you measure BF? what do you use?

Like Daisy said, if you are that low, your abs should be busting out.... Ask them if they can do the calibers... i believe that is more accurate....
