Drugs don't make you cut and ripped or help you lose bodyfat. Sorry to kill that misconception for you.
AAS will help you maintain what muscle mass you already have while you are leaning up due to a restricted calorie environment and fat burning stimulation (training and cardio)
Whatever muscle mass you have now, you will have slightly less after doing a real cutting phase that incorporates training, rest, diet and supplementations. That is just the way it is. Mother Nature at work and you simply can't overcome human physics and DNA programming no matter what you do.
You won't get leaner and more ripped at the same time your chest and arms get bigger.
Then again, your chest and arms won't get bigger at the same time your abs and serratus become more defined.
Build the muscle mass with a steady surplus supply of quality calories from protein, complex carbs and healthy fats. Or shred the bodyfat in a restrictive calorie environment while hoping for the least amount of muscle loss as possible.
But you can't do both at the same time.
So if you are truly happy with the muscle mass you CURRENTLY POSSESS (and I don't know of any 19 years old that are), then you can expect to be happy with the outcome of your cutting phase now.
Otherwise, you are just going to end up a smaller lean person. Unless you just abandon the entire approach out of frustration before the end.
Since you already made up your mind about doing this, some things to keep in mind.
First - find out WTF you really have. What strength it is. You could PM a mod the brand name or whatever, but right now you are clueless about what you are going to swallow.
Second - be aware that there is no drug out there, no training program, no secret supplement or special diet you can use that is going to provide instant expectations in only one month. It's simply impossible for anyone, no matter what they use.
The reason most AAS cycles run 10-14 weeks is because what most are not aware of is that prior to the cycle the trainee is first preparing his body for the cycle to come (or at least he should be or else he is wasting his time). This is priming the body to get ready to grow and accept the changes in it's make up by adapting to the new stimilus that it will encounter whether it be cutting or growing. Then post cycle is another 2-5 weeks where the trainee is prepping the body to accept the new changes it has made and adapt to a new level instead of reverting to it's old form. This is where PCT is needed to bring the body up to speed and help it recover so it can support the new changes on it's own without AAS support.
Right now what you are about to do is simply rob yourself of any solid permanent gains you could make on your own. Roids do not magically erase any training or dietary shortcomings you have. Which from your post, it is very apparent that you are just randomly plodding through your course of training and diet in hopes that it will eventually work. But if it isn't working now, it isn't going to work while on AAS.
I would spend more time getting a training program that is specifically targeted for your body type and bone structure along with a diet that is tailored for your activity level and metabolism.
At 6'1" and 165, you are quite the string bean. But I can gurantee you that with the right training program and diet you will make 2x the amount of gains without AAS that your friend will make while using them.
But to each their own. Live and learn I say. Some people make all the mistakes now and then when they reach 26-27 years of age simply can't figure out why they have not made better progress. Oh well.
