Finasteride induced gynecomastia
I was taking finasteride for a period of 6 months on and off, I noticed wieght gain while on the finasteride but more troubling I also gained fatty tissue on the left side of my chest. I was told by my general practitioner that he didnt think it was gyno, and that I should try losing weight, I did lose the weight and most but not all of the chest fat. Now when I gain weight back it fills my chest first under the armpit and left pectorial areas. I am debating taking tamoxifen research chemicals as a way to fix this, as I've read online at steroid forums that it will fix gyno after two or three months of taking from 10- 30mg a day. I think it would be hard to keep my body weight under 14% for the rest of my life just to ensure I don't show my gyno. I am worried about the possibility of liver cancer side effects from tamoxifen tho. I've also included a link to a peer reviewed study from a dept of urology, Any help would be greatly appreciated.
