I work at a gym on the weekends and 2 weeks ago there was a guy in there from around 5 am to 10:30 am. This guy is in good shape and is in there almost everyday. He is usually in there a good 2 to 3 hours and all he does is lift, no cardio what so ever. I just don't understand some people and why they feel they have to lift hours upon hours to look good. Than there is this guy at the gym I go to and he is in there for around 3 hours a day. This guy is a nut and is basically a skinny fat guy. He does at least 2 hours of psychotic cardio everyday along with some weird ass excuse for trying to lift weights. I know this guy just goes home and eats cakes and doughnuts non stop because he is a cardio freak and is still fat. I once saw him leave the gym and sit outside after one of his marathon workouts and guess what he pulls out of his gym bag? A 1 liter of fucking Pepsi and it wasn't diet.
