i dont see anything wrong with these two meals from fast food:

blimpie: 6" grilled chicken on wehat, doulbe meat, and whatever veggies you want, no cheese or mayo, you are getting wheat bread a lot of veggies and 2 grilled chicken slices

burger king: just came out with the grilled chicken whopper, tell them not to add the mayo and u have a big hunk of chicken, lettuce, tomato, and a white bread taht is the only bad part

im on maintenance right now and when i go out at night one of these is what i usually have for my meals at night, i dont considetr them cheats as they seem just as good as wheat bread and some chicken, waht do u guys think of them?

Those are fine if you're not on a low-carb diet (like I am :()... I suppose you could just throw out the bread and they'd be fine for us low-carbers too

By the way, I tried some of that Atkins low-carb line shit today... the pancake mix and the syrup... stuff tasted like ASS! They also had some zero-carb sour cream and onion chips at this place (health food store)... big fucking mistake... tasted like I was eating dirt. My opinion? Stick with meat and veggies and nuts.

In N' Out in California will make a "protein burger" with lettuce wrapped around the burger as a bun. Double Double has 2 patties, double cheese, lettuce, tomatoe and optional onion.

Hate to ruin it for you low carbers but KFC injects some shit into their chicken for extra flavor. Not sure how many carbs each peace has but it does contain some so you might want to watch out for that.

I found some BBQ flavored Bacon Puffs (pork rinds) that have 0 carbs at Walmart. Even though they don't taste too great it helps ease my hunger until I get home if im on the go.
