F The Training Board, I Want To See How You Guys Are Training!!

Also using Radars workout for most excersices. His delt workout is nuts, They're getting huge, the only differnce is i don't go behind the neck, it hurts my neck and shoulders for those of you who know what im taking about.
 
I train arms and chest twice, sometimes three times a day. I'm up to using the 100lb curl bar and I'm getting jacked as all hell.

If I could, I'd train more cause I read on the net you can't possibly overtrain on stariods but the gym closes at 11 which really makes it hard to get in those extra workouts. Maybe some pushups at home would be the answer
 
Day 1 - Legs, Calfs
Day 2 - Chest, Tri
Day 3 - Off
Day 4 - Back, Bi, Forearms
Day 5 - Delts, Traps, Calfs
Day 6 - Off

ABS daily
different workout every time
2 - 3 sets per bodypart

Start with warmup
12-10-8-6-4 reps with compound exercise
3 x 8 with isolation exercies
Calfs doing 4 x 25 reps heavy (mine suck and I'm pushing for growth)

yep, this is the point... i can't understand the divide between the anabolics board and the training board. it's been made into a PL vs BB issue. can someone explain how exactly getting bigger lifts with enough surplus cals is not going to get you bigger thicker muscles?

Relax guy. Your the one making it into a PL vs BB issue. I have no problem with the 5x5 routine or the training board. I just wanted to hear what people over here are running. This is NOT a shot at the training board!!!
