elevated creatinine levels of 1.5

My blood work came back and my creatinine level ( blood) was 1.5

My doc says it has gone from 1.1 to 1.3 to 1.5 since 97. My diet consists of more protien than it did in 97. Also, i am much more muscular than in 97. I've taken creatine but stopped about 2 weeks before this latest blood test.
I also take tetracycline for my acne..I guess I should ask the doc about that.
Oh and I started taking "supplemements" in 97.

anyway, should I be concerned?

My creatinine went from 350 or so to over 1000. It was a concern of mine also because of the increase. I searched it on the net and found crap that all it did was make me worry. I went to a rheumatologist(sp) because they specialize in that stuff. he said that my body didnt produce a certain muscle enzyme and to not worry about it. so get you doc to send you to a rheumatologist to see exactly what it is. good luck RD
