Egg Whites international kicks ass!

Just started using egg white international liquid egg whites instead of water with my Max Muscle High 5 protien powder raising my protien intake per shake to about 70 grams per serving for a 12 oz drink. Goes down like water. 1 cup of these egg whites are 26 grams of protien.

Avidin is something in raw egg whites that can and will make some of your hair fall out.

Can't say Iv'e ever heard of that so I wouldn't know. Check out the web site I posted and it has all the info. I can't believe how handy this stuff is. It makes the drink fuller bodies but not thick at all and you cannot taste the egg white AT ALL! Best thing I have but in supplementing in years.

Do they deliver it cold or what? I don't understand how it doesn't go bad if it isn't kept cold? So this stuff isn't a powder that you mix with water and then cook right? Cuz I've tried that stuff and it's not too good. This is the actual, viscous egg whites? Well, I suppose I'll see for myself in a couple days...

Maybe these are the key to developing that body I've always wanted !!!!!!!

I think this stuff is similiar to egg beaters. I haven't tried it but that is how it seems. It's alot cheaper than the carton egg whites at the store.

I had to search for this post to be able to order them, Coal shot the link a few months ago, going to be a test run for me too. Stuff looks like it would be cheaper than the whey b.s. they put in all the protien shakes

So since they are pastuerized you don't need to cook them? What about in transport, I mean is it ok to keep them on a UPS truck for a week or what is the deal with that end of it? So much cheaper than buying regular egg whites.

As far as shipment, that was why I called. I placed an order last night on the site. Didn't tell me method of shipment, but seeing it didn't charge me extra for shipping it's not going to be next day I would imagine. The place is located in California. So it will be from west coast to east coast for me. I wouldn't worry about my end so much, it is barely hitting f'ing 40 this next week.

But I do want to try this stuff. there are 15 servings of 26 grams ea. in the gallon.

And from my understanding, all it takes is the heat of pastuerization to make the protien in egg digestable to human.

Oops, at first I thought this was a really good deal due to the servings compared to what I got in an egg beaters package, but then I looked at the amount of protein per serving in their product it turned out to be not such a good deal.

A 3 pack of egg beaters from the supermarket costs ~2.17 and has 36 grams of protein in it, 6 cents a gram. A gallon of the egg whites from that place has 390 grams of protein and costs $28 bucks, 7 cents a gram.

It is about 5 bucks cheaper to buy the equivalent amount of egg beaters from the store than ordering a gallon from those guys. However, if you can just drink the stuff straight up that is a huge convenience. Would be like guilt free egg nog hehe.

Especially in light of those quality test reports I don't know why everyone is still promoting the hell out of protein factory.

Just checked and egg beaters are also pasteurized so any way you look at it the egg whites they sell are overpriced.

Yeah man at my local supermarkets they have the generic brand egg whites and they are even cheaper than egg beaters. And the best part is you don't have to buy gallons at once, you can just get a few cartons at a time.

I just with they wouldn't add that weird yellow color and flavor to it.

Today I thought I'd be hardcore and chug a cup of straight up egg whites (added a lil cinnamon and vanilla to it trying to make it egg-noggy). F'in disgusting. Have a glass of water ready to chase it with is my advice hehe

Just got mine in the mail yesterday... tried drinking some plain last night... not bad... not bad at all... so far I'm impressed...

Made an egg-white omlet sandwhich with wheat toast this morning to eat later... wonder how that's gonna taste...
