Every one must follow all the rules.
1.you must sign up this week
2.you do not have to post any picks or any pick till the end of the comp but you must take pics now and have a newspaper in your hand stating a date with in the next week in your before picks
3.you must sign up in this thread to be in the comp so you have to make a post here saying "I am IN the comp" with in the next week.
4.you must be using a sponsors product with in the next 5 months.we have 4 sponsors of this contest..,www.elitefitnessnutrition.com ....,primordialperformance,omega agxsports,and some sponsors may be added by next week.they have a huge list of products from a to z guys from protein to PCT - post cycle therapy - - post cycle therapy - - post cycle therapy - - post cycle therapy - products so there is no reason you cant get one with in the next 5 months there sponsoring the prizes so its only fare.
5.you must give feed back good or even bad about the sponsors product you are using in this thread some time before the contest ends it dont matter good or bad.
6.you must post your before and after picks before the contest ends on the date that I will post later but it will be 5 months from next monday.
