Please Give Advice On Eaing right For Bulking And Getting Ripped
my friend is semi muscle build with no definition he planing on going on a ripped diet which he thinks will achieve him mimimum fat for 2 months then for the next two months he is going on a so called bulking fase and he is eating everything in shight to gain mass : his goals are to continue gaining muscle mass but to get ripped also we are debating over this and want to know if it is proper or if u can, tell us a better aproach Thanks
Meanwhile i Belive he should stay on his ripped phase of a clean diet and take supplements meanwhile keep working untill he gets bigger can u tell us whos approach is better and sugest something better
