i found a good source for some dnp however its all in powder form. since im not motivated to encapsulate the stuff im wondering if i can just measure out 200mg or 400mg and mix it with my food and eat it? or mix it with juice and drink it down? what do u think?

Absolutely not....
It absorbs water very easily and it undergoes a chemical change that is not useful. Not to mention that it will stain EVERYTHING IT TOUCHES, EVERYTHING. Your clothes, your food, your tongue, your hands, EVERYTHING....and though I do not know from experiences I have no clue how it tastes, but I bet it tastes horrible...

just my $.02 but I think they are pretty pennies...
